Kamyric LLC is a hands-on engineering consultancy led by Ron Skinner. The work is for organizations that need more than feature output: a slow endpoint that keeps coming back, an aging Laravel app nobody is excited to touch, a fragile deploy path, a payment workflow support cannot fully trust, or an architecture decision that has started to box the business in.
The operating model is direct: understand what is there, identify the risks, make the smallest useful plan, and improve the system in a way the business can keep operating. Good engineering should make the next decision easier, not just close the current ticket.
